Stratex Commodity Group OÜ acts as the secure link between global suppliers and serious buyers. We specialise in facilitating deals in sugar, fuels and other commodities, ensuring all parties are protected and transactions are executed smoothly.

Our Standard Procedure
The buyer receives a price indication from Stratex Commodity Group OÜ based on product specifications and current market conditions. If the buyer agrees in principle, they provide a Letter of Intent (LOI) and a Client Information Sheet (CIS), confirming product requirements, quantity, and basic company information for KYC purposes.
Once the buyer’s intent is verified, we sign a Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) to secure our position. This is followed by an International Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA), signed with our verified source (mandate or supplier), to safeguard the agreed commission before any introduction takes place.
After both agreements are in place, Stratex connects the buyer directly with our verified mandate or supplier for further negotiations.
The seller issues a Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) or Full Corporate Offer (FCO) to the buyer, detailing product specifications, price, and delivery terms.
Upon agreement, the contract is executed, inspection and payment procedures are completed, and delivery is arranged according to the agreed Incoterms.
